Q: What committees are available for double delegation?
A: Only Disarmament and International Security Committee is available for a double delegation.


Q: What will be the transportation charge?
A: Travelling charges up to Ludhiana will be borne by the delegates. Transportation charges for travel within the city, i.e. to and from the venue and hotels will be borne by the Secretariat.


Q: What all hotels are being offered for accomodation and what are the rates?
A: Hotels taken into consideration:
• Hotel Maharaja Regency
• The Grand Marian
• Hotel Imperial
• Friends Regency
The accommodation charges are as follows:
• Single Occupancy: Rs. 1500- Rs. 2700 per night
• Double Occupancy: Rs. 1500- Rs. 3200 per night
• Triple Occupancy: Rs. 2200- Rs. 4000 per night


Q: What is the dress code for the respective committees?
A: The dress code for all committees except AIPPM is western business formals. The dress code for AIPPM is Indian Formals.


Q: What age groups is the conference available for?
A: Participation in the conference as delegates is limited to school students only. However, the Applications for the International Press are open to collegiate students as well.


Q: Is it a compulsion to stay at the selected hotels?
A: No, it is not compulsory to stay at the hotels selected by us. In case a delegate opts for a hotel which is not included in our hotel list, the delegate will have to make all the necessary arrangements, including transport to and from the venues, himself.


Q: How much does the conference cost?
A: The Individual Delegation Registration fee is Rs. 2500.
The School Delegation Registration fee is Rs. 3000
International Press Registration fee is Rs. 1500.
