Admission Schedule

Online Registration 7th November 2015 to 12th November 2015
Receipt of the hard copy of the registration form along with prescribed documents. 9th, 10th, 13th and 14th November 2015 from 9 am to 2 pm.
Publication of the First Admission List along with the waiting list. 20th November 2015

Registration Process

  • Registration forms for children born between 1st October, 2011 and 30th September, 2012 can be filled in Online Only for academic session 2016-2017.
  • Please read this page completely and understand it before clicking the button at the bottom of the page which will take you to the registration form. You need to make the Online Payment using Debit card/Credit card / NetBanking.
  • Post payment, you will receive an SMS which will inform you about the Registration number. You would also receive an email detailing the documents required. The registration number serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence. Check your Spam box in case you do not receive mail in your Inbox after Registration. Also, you will have to Save and Print the Registration Form before closing the window as the Registration Form will not be sent as an attachment in the email.
  • A hard copy of the Registration form along with the requisite documents mentioned there in will have to be submitted at the School Reception Counter. The dates for submission are 9th, 10th, 13th and 14th November 2015 from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.
  • On successful payment, if neither the SMS nor the Email is received by you within 6 hours, you can call at 0161-2522477 and 0161-2520470. You can also email your query mentioning your payment details at admissions@satpaulmittalschool.org / admissionspms@gmail.com.

  1. The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and maintain transparency in the admission process. The merit of the applicants will be determined on the basis of a criteria that is given below:-

  2. Any vacancy in the 8 seats reserved for transfer cases [Central / State / Defense] will be filled up by 30th June.
  3. Any vacancy in the 8 seats reserved for the wards of the teachers will be filled within 30 days from the start of the new academic session.
  4. Additional seats will be created in the relevant classes for the wards of the teachers, if not available in the eight seats proposed for the wards of the teachers.
  5. The break-up of marks for the qualifications of the parents is as follows:- >

    Graduate 3
    Diploma / ITI's 2
    Under Graduate 1
  6. In the event of candidates getting the same score, draw of lots will be resorted to for the same score applicants. The lottery will be organised in the presence of the parents of the shortlisted candidates and lots will be drawn by a parent / child.
  7. Apart from the 100 seats in the General Category a list of next 10 students will comprise the Waiting List. The waiting list will be put up along with the selected listof 100 students in the General Category. The waiting list will be valid for a period of 30 days from the start of the session.
  8. Any document or information which is found false / fake at any stage would lead to the rejection of the application.
  9. The decision of the school would be final and binding.

  10. Documents to be submitted:-
    1. A hard copy of the REGISTRATION FORM with the latest passport size photographs of the parents and the child.
    2. A self-attested photocopy of the Birth certificate along with the original one for verification.
    3. A proof of Residence ( A Photocopy of the Electoral Card / Passport / Driving License / Telephone Bill)
    4. A proof of highest educational qualification of the parents.
    5. In case of children of staff [of the school], a copy of staff ID card will have to be furnished.
    6. In case of ward of Central / State / Defense Personnel, a letter of Service from the concerned department is required.
    7. In case of First Born Child, an affidavit affirming that the child seeking admission is the first born child has to be furnished. ( The parents would have to download the affidavit format provided) Click here to download the affidavit.
    8. In case of an adopted child, a copy of the adoption deed will have to be furnished.
    9. In case of an orphan, copy of death certificates of the parents will have to be furnished.
    10. In case of a Single Parent, a copy of death certificates of the parents will have to be furnished as below:
      1. Divorce Divorce decree
      2. Separated Legal Separation Document
      3. Widow Death certificate of the spouse
    11. A print out of the Google Map reflecting the distance of the applicant’s residence from Sat Paul Mittal School.


Guidelines for filling Online Registration Form:

  • This is an electronic registration form for PraveshVatika. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form.
  • The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
  • Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
  • After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
  • To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
  • All fields marked with * are mandatory.
  • Please enter your email id and mobile number correctly as you will receive further communication on it.
  • When user selects values in some List box & radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing is completed, the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data.
  • Kindly note that when you have slow internet connection, the registration process will take time.
