Availability of Forms

Pravesh Vatika (L.K.G.) Registration Forms will be available only from 19th October,2014 to 22nd October,2014, for the Session 2015-2016.


Option I : Online Form

• Online Registration Form will be available from 19th October,2014 to 20th October,2014 on payment of Rs.1000 using online Payment through net banking or credit/debit card.Post payment, you will receive a SMS which will inform you about the Registration number and also an email with attached prospectus and registration form. Kindly download the registration form and complete it in all respects (clearly mentioning the Registration number sent to you via SMS and email).

• The complete Registration Form along with the requisite documents mentioned in it are to be submitted at the School Reception Counter on the date and time allocated to you.

Option II : Offline Form 

• Parents can collect the Registration Form along with the prospectus from the School Reception counter from 21st October,2014 to 22nd October,2014 on payment of Rs. 1000.

Age

The age of the child seeking admission to Pravesh Vatika (Nursery) in the year 2014 should be between 3 years 6 months and 4 years 6 months as on 31st March 2015.(Born between 1/10/2010 and 30/09/2011) If your child is NOT within the age limit as specified, she/he will NOT be eligible for admission.

Rejection of Forms  • You are requested to either use the online form or the offline form. Please do not use both. In case of Duplicate registration, the form shall be rejected.

• Incomplete Registration Forms will automatically stand rejected.
